About the SWIC® Device

The SWIC® Device by Helix Sweden is a heated tobacco device designed for use with KETLE® Capsules. It is a rechargeable item, structured to offer functionality according to its design specification. The device features a USB-C charging capability, requiring approximately 60 minutes for a complete charge, and supports 10-14 sessions per charge. Each session takes only 5 minutes to charge. It also includes vibration feedback and a screen to display battery life and the remaining content of the refillable capsule. Please note, sticks are sold separately and are not included. The device is compatible with the KETLE Capsule product series.

How to use

1. Press and hold the bottom button to turn on the device.
2. Press the top button to open the lid, then insert a KETLE® Tobacco Capsule (black cap facing down).
3. Tap the bottom button to start the heating process and wait 10 seconds for the device to be ready.
4. Observe the guidance from vibration haptics and the status screen, which shows battery life and remaining tobacco.
5. When finished, recharge using a USB-C cable—5 minutes for a single use or about an hour for a full charge.
