Using Übbs pouches follows the same process as other snus and nicotine pouches: 

Open the can — break the perforated strip around the edge of the can, then lift the lid from the groove that separates the top and bottom sections. 

1. Take one pouch — remove a single pouch from the can. 
2. Place it under your upper lip — position the pouch between your upper lip and gum. Most users find placing it slightly to the left or right of centre more comfortable than placing it directly in the middle. 
3. Leave it in place — leave the pouch under your lip for up to 30 minutes while nicotine and flavour are released. A mild tingling sensation during the first few minutes is normal. 
4. Remove and dispose — remove the pouch when finished and dispose of it in a bin or in the disposal compartment built into the can lid. 

Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Swallowing saliva during use is fine — only the pouch itself should not be swallowed.
