At Haypp, we prioritise fast, reliable and secure delivery. All orders are dispatched from our Milton Keynes warehouse, and during checkout you can choose the delivery option that best suits you.

We offer several delivery methods, including Royal Mail, HIVED Next-Day and Same-Day, DPD and InPost, allowing you to select the speed and convenience that fits your needs.

Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 days, with many orders arriving as soon as the next working day, depending on your location and chosen delivery option.

For customers in London where HIVED operates, enjoy free same-day delivery on orders over £50.

Opt for Priority Packing at checkout to have your order prioritized in our handling queue, ensuring the quickest dispatch possible. Please note, this doesn't expedite the delivery speed once shipped.

We offer a range of convenient delivery options to suit your needs as you can read more about below. The different shipping options available are based on the postcode you enter at checkout. The exact delivery time and shipping cost vary based on the shipping method you choose. 

Mailbox Delivery


Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered directly to your mailbox via Royal Mail.

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 6:30 PM are dispatched the same day and delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day and delivered the following day (Saturday).
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed the next business day.

Please note:

  • These delivery times do not apply on Bank Holidays.
  • Deliveries to certain remote areas may take additional days.

 

Parcel Locker Collection


InPost Locker & Shop

Your order will be delivered to an InPost parcel locker or shop, whichever you select at checkout. This convenient self-service option lets you collect your package from a local automated locker at a time that suits you.

Many lockers are available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to pick up your parcel whenever it’s most convenient. You can track your parcel directly in InPost mobile app. You will be notified via email, sms or through their app when they have delivered the parcel to the chosen locker or shop. You have 72 hours to collect the parcel from the locker or the shop.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4PM will be dispatched the next business day.

Home Delivery

  • HIVED Next-Day Delivery – Fast & Reliable Home Delivery

Enjoy fast, convenient, 100% electric home delivery with HIVED, Monday through Saturday.

  • Order Monday–Thursday before 6:30 PM for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery.
  • Order Friday before 2:45 PM for same-day dispatch and Saturday delivery.
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next business day.

    Note: HIVED Next Day is only available in London, Bristol, Bath, Brighton, Worthing, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton & Portsmouth.  

  • HIVED Same-Day Delivery
Fully tracked, 100% electric home delivery, available Monday to Friday.

Place your order by 2:30 PM for same‑day dispatch, with delivery taking place between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM the same evening.
Your order will be delivered directly to your door or to your chosen safe place.

DPD Next Day Delivery
Home delivery Monday–Sunday. 

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the current status and estimated delivery date of your parcel here. To track your shipment, please enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and your postcode.

When will my order be dispatched?

We have different dispatch cut-off times depending on the carrier. You can find full details under each shipping option.

For example, with Royal Mail and HIVED Next Day, you can place your order as late as 6:30 PM Monday–Thursday and still get same-day dispatch.

On Fridays, the cut-off is 4:00 PM. Orders placed after these times, during weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

What does the Priority Packing Option mean?

By selecting priority packing at checkout, your order will be prioritized for handling and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that this option does not affect delivery time after shipment.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

Although rare, some deliveries may take longer than expected. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days after leaving our warehouse, please contact our customer service here.
