The Pouch Revolution is Coming, and We’re Going to Lead it…
At Haypp, our mission has always been simple: help people move away from smoking by offering reduced-risk alternatives. That mission guides every decision we make — including the tough ones. And today, we’re sharing a decision that affects many of you who shop with us here in the UK.
From 1st January 2026, we will no longer be selling vapes or heated tobacco products in the UK.
We want to say this upfront: this wasn’t an easy choice. Many of you have been with us for years, and we’ve been genuinely grateful to support you on your journey with alternative nicotine products.
Why We’re Making This Change
Because we serve customers around the world — in the UK, USA, Germany, Austria, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden — we see first-hand how the smoke-free transition is evolving globally.
And one thing is crystal clear: nicotine pouches are becoming the leading choice for adult consumers looking for smoke-free alternatives.
Here in the UK, that shift has been especially strong. Over the past year, the number of UK customers choosing pouches with us almost doubled — and more than a quarter made the move from vapes.
Consumers are choosing pouches for all kinds of reasons: convenience, discretion, simplicity, or just wanting something new. Whatever the motivation, it’s clear this change is here to stay.
Because of that, we’ve decided to focus all our energy on what the future looks like — and for us, that future is pouches.
To Our Vape and Heated Tobacco Customers — Thank You
For some of you, this means our paths may part for now. And we want you to know how much we’ve appreciated serving you over the years. Truly.
If you ever decide to explore pouches as an alternative, we’d be honoured to welcome you back and help you find your perfect fit. But even if you don’t, thank you for being part of our journey!
Curious About Pouches? Here’s Where Many Customers Start
If you’re wondering what your options are, here are some brands our customers consistently love:
- VELO – One of the most popular pouch brands in the UK, especially among mint fans.
- ZYN – One of the pioneers of the pouch world, trusted globally.
- LOOP – Known for unique, creative flavour blends.
You might be surprised at how seamlessly pouches can fit into your everyday routine — or how well they replace moments you once associated with vaping.
What’s Next for Haypp
We’re all-in on supporting the pouch movement in the UK. That means:
- advocating for responsible, informed regulation,
- amplifying the voices of our customers, and
- doing everything, we can to help make the transition from smoking a little easier for everyone.
And as always, we’ll continue offering the same friendly, helpful service you’ve come to expect from us.
