Interview with Marian Ferrer, Business Unit Manager for Vape Products at Haypp Group

• Fun fact: Marian loves planning events – before every birthday at home, she creates mood boards, plans themes in detail and coordinates decorations and activities to perfection 

"It was when disposable vapes were introduced that everything changed. They made the category more accessible to many who previously found it too complicated with tanks and liquids," says Marian Ferrer, Business Unit Manager for Vape Products at Haypp Group. 

"Quality comes first. Choose products from reputable brands and buy from reliable retailers – it's a matter of safety and health," explains Marian. 

She also advises customers to consider their own usage: how often they vape, what nicotine level they are looking for, and how important sustainability is to them. "This will determine whether you should choose a disposable vape, refillable pods or a larger system."

"All products comply with TPD legislation. We only work with established brands and have strict procedures for storage, best-before dates and age verification."

When asked how new products and brands are selected, Marian explains that it is a collaborative effort. 

"It's a team effort. We base our decisions on three criteria: market trends, SEO insights and strong partnerships with manufacturers. This enables us to offer the right products at the right time."
