"I work very closely with both my team and our product suppliers,"

"We strive to offer our customers the best possible deal. Many people may think primarily about price, but the real work lies in ensuring that we have the best and most reliable products. We do this in collaboration with our suppliers – so that our customers can always feel secure."
For Marcus, quality and shared ambitions are crucial.
"We always carry out thorough checks on the companies we work with, from their background and production to their certifications. We also test the products carefully to ensure that the content and strength are correct."
But what is most important, according to Marcus?
"That we want the same thing. To offer our customers something new and unique – and of a really high quality."
"It's a challenge, there's so much going on all the time!"
says Marcus. To stay up to date, he collaborates with partners who tip him off about new innovations and brands. At the same time, networking is key.
"You have to talk to people. That's often where the most important insights come from."
"Trust and common goals, it's about understanding each other, having similar priorities and daring to have that honest discussion when something isn't working."

"When something is really difficult, that's when we learn the most and develop as a team. And of course, sales records – that's always proof that we're doing the right things."
