To set up your Vuse Ultra, remove the battery and device from the box. Peel off the protective label on the battery, then insert it into the bottom of the device with the gold contacts first and the Vuse logo facing up. It will click into place, and the device will activate automatically.

How Long Does It Take To Charge The Vuse Ultra?

Using the included USB-C cable, your Vuse Ultra charges to 80% in under 20 minutes and fully charges in under 40 minutes. Wireless charging is also supported, and the screen displays the battery level while charging.

How Many Puffs Does A Vuse Ultra Pod Provide?

Each Vuse Ultra pod contains 2ml of e-liquid and delivers up to 1,000 puffs at Low Intensity, based on 1-second puff durations under laboratory conditions. Actual performance may vary based on your vaping habits and settings.

Is The Vuse Ultra Compatible With Other Vuse Devices?

Yes, Vuse Ultra pods are compatible with current Vuse devices like the Vuse ePod 2, ePod 2+, Pro, and Pro Smart. However, only the Vuse Ultra device can read and display liquid info from the pod’s built-in chip.

What Does The Vuse Ultra Screen Show?

The screen displays information such as battery level, liquid level, intensity setting, and error codes. It dims after 15 seconds to conserve battery, and displays the battery charging icon when plugged in.

Can I Control Vapour Intensity On The Vuse Ultra?

Yes. Vuse Ultra features three default intensity settings—Low (4.5W), Medium (5.5W), and High (6.5W). Using the MyVuse App, you can fine-tune intensity from 2.5W to 6.5W for a customised vaping experience.

What is Flavour Autotune?

Flavour Autotune automatically sets the recommended intensity for each Ultra pod flavour when inserted. If you adjust the intensity manually, the device remembers your preference the next time you use the same flavour.

How Do I Know When To Change My Vuse Ultra Pod?

Change your pod when vapour production stops, the taste changes, or the screen shows low liquid. You can also remove the pod to visually inspect the e-liquid level.

What If My Vuse Ultra Pod Leaks?

Minor condensation is normal. If you notice leakage, wipe the pod and device contacts with a clean paper towel. Avoid back-puffing or using pods stored unsealed for long periods. If issues persist, contact Vuse Customer Care.
