No. We won’t be re-stocking vape or heated tobacco items during December, as we’re completing a final clearance of vapes and heated tobacco products.

You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition and in unopened packaging. Once you request a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the returns form.

PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened e-liquids, vape kits or refill pods unless they are faulty.

Yes — your statutory warranty rights remain unchanged. If a vape device you purchased from us becomes faulty within its warranty period, our customer service team will still support you, even after 2nd January 2026.

Yes — your order history is not affected by this change. You’ll still be able to view past vape orders, download invoices, and access purchase details at any time.
