1 The Promoter
1.1 This prize draw is operated by Haypp UK Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number GB405306632 whose registered office is at ADDRESS (“Haypp UK”).
2 The Promotion
2.1 The prize draw forms part of Haypp’s sponsorship of PDC 2026.
3 Promotion Period
3.1 The prize draw will run from Friday 26th June 2026 (the “Start Date”) to 23:59 on Sunday 12th 2026 (the “End Date”).
3.2 Entries received by Haypp UK before the Start Date or after the End Date set out in condition 3.1 will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4 How to Enter
4.1 To enter the prize draw, complete and submit an entry form by the End Date.
4.2 Entries that do not comply with these prize draw terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
4.3 Entries into this prize draw are free of charge (no purchase required).
5 Promotion Prize
5.1 The prizes are: • two (2) tickets to attend the World Matchplay at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Sunday 26th July • two (2) tickets to attend the World Matchplay at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Saturday 25th July • 1x Signed England World Cup of Darts Shirt.
5.2 The prize does not include any costs or expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from any event or location, accommodation, meals, insurance, or any other incidental expenses. All such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.3 There is no alternative prize (cash or otherwise).
5.4 The prize is non-transferable or non-exchangeable. 2
6 Selection of the winner
6.1 Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all entries by Haypp UK via a random number generator on Monday 13th July.
6.2 The winner of this prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7 Restrictions and requirements
7.1 In relation to this prize draw, please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:
7.1.1 This prize draw is open to all UK residents only.
7.1.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
7.4 Employees of Haypp UK’s and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this prize draw.
7.5 In entering into the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so in accordance with condition 7.1 and eligible to claim the prize you may win. Haypp may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
7.6 Haypp UK will not accept prize draw entries that are: • automatically generated by computer; • completed by third parties or in bulk; • illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; • incomplete.
7.7 You may only submit one (1) entry to this prize draw via the online entry form.
8 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
8.1 Haypp UK will notify the winners by email no later than 6pm on Monday 13th July 2026. If no response is received to the email after 24 hours, we will choose another winner.
8.2 The winner must notify Haypp UK of their acceptance of the prize in writing within one (1) day, once they have been contacted by Haypp UK in accordance with condition 8.1.
8.3 Should a winner fail to accept the prize within one (1) days of being notified then that entry will become invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and Haypp UK reserves the right to randomly select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entrants. 8
8.4 The prize may not be claimed by a third-party on your behalf. 3 8.5 The decision of Haypp UK is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
9 Data Protection and Publicity
9.1 If you participate in a contest, event or another activity that we arrange, we use your personal data to carry out the contest, event or activity, for example to register your participation, to communicate with you regarding the activity and, where applicable, publish information on winners on our websites and in our digital channels. 10 General
10.1 Haypp UK reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend this prize draw where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so.
10.2 By submitting an entry into this prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.3 Insofar as is permitted by law, Haypp UK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Haypp UK, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10.4 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and the prize draw.
10.5 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Englandand Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
