How do I open the Mixpack Box?
Firstly, remove the sleeve by sliding it off. Each box is designed with a pull-tab opening mechanism. Simply pull where it says “Open here” on the bottom flap of the box.
Can I choose which flavours are in the box?
No, the Mixpack contents are pre-selected and fixed based on the edition (Blue, Orange, or Red). Each box contains a curated combination of two nicotine pouches and two vape pod kits, as listed on the product page.
Can I swap or change a product in the box after ordering?
Unfortunately, products inside the Mixpack are not interchangeable or customizable. The box is sold as a set.
Are the products inside full-size or sample size?
All products inside are standard retail-size items. Nothing is sample or trial-sized.
Can I return or get a refund for a Mixpack?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations around nicotine products, we can only accept returns if the box is completely unopened and sealed. Please reach out to customer service if you believe your product is damaged or incorrect.
