CREAMFIELDS TICKET GIVEAWAY — COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. PROMOTER AND SCOPE  

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Creamfields Ticket Giveaway competition ("Competition") promoted by Haypp Limited ("Promoter"). The Competition operates via the Haypp UK website during the period Monday 3 August 2026 to Monday 10 August 2026 ("Entry Period"), with the winner announced on Tuesday 11 August 2026. The Competition will be launched via an email send-out on Monday 3 August 2026. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY 

Entry is restricted to UK residents aged 18 or over who provide valid contact details. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and any associated agencies are excluded. The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and disqualify non-compliant entrants. 

  1. ENTRY AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY  

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry requires submission of name, email, and mobile number via the email typeform. Entrants must then elect either: Free Entry Route: acceptance of Haypp UK marketing communications (no payment required) Multiple accounts or automated entries are prohibited. Maximum entries per person: 3. The Promoter bears no liability for entries not received. 

  1. PRIZE  

One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of tickets to Creamfields Festival, taking place Thursday 27 August 2026 to Monday 31 August 2026 ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carries no cash alternative. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other costs associated with attending the festival, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Promoter may substitute the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to changes to the festival programme, line-up, or date. 

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION  

The winner will be selected at random by the Promoter on Tuesday 11 August 2026. The Promoter's decision is final and not subject to appeal. The winner will be notified via email and/or the mobile number provided at entry, and must respond within 24 hours of notification confirming acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this 24-hour window, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries. 

  1. DATA PROTECTION  

The Promoter processes entrant personal data (name, email, mobile number) for competition administration and, where the Free Entry Route is selected, for marketing communications, in each case in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.haypp.co.uk/privacy. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting a validly submitted entry. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for prize fulfilment, under equivalent data protection obligations. 

  1. DISQUALIFICATION AND FRAUD  

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: commits fraud or misrepresentation; abuses the entry mechanic; fails to meet eligibility criteria; or breaches these Terms. Disqualified entrants forfeit all prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim a Prize awarded to a subsequently disqualified entrant and to pursue available legal remedies. 

  1. LIABILITY  

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter excludes all liability for: loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation or inability to participate; technical failures; lost, corrupted, or delayed entries; tickets lost, stolen, or damaged after issue; and cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the festival or any part of it. No alternative prize or compensation is offered in the event of festival cancellation, postponement, or line-up changes. This Competition is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Creamfields, its organisers, or Instagram. All competition-related complaints must be directed to the Promoter. 

  1. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND GENERAL 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The Promoter's decision on all competition matters is final. These Terms do not affect entrants' statutory consumer rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
