Testing

Before adding products to our assortment, we always test them.

All tests are performed by the accredited and independent laboratory Eurofins in Sweden.

The tests entail a comprehensive set of parameters, testing for both listed ingredients as well as non-listed ingredients that nicotine pouches may contain. The list of tested substances has been determined to ensure that certain standards are followed and to provide a better understanding of the content of each product.

Payments

Secure payments are one of the most important parts of being a trustworthy E-commerce company.

Delivery

Problems with tracking may occur.

 

All of our orders are shipped from Sweden and normal size orders will be delivered within 2 working days.

We offer all our new customers DPD Next day delivery.
Note that you need to show ID and sign the delivery so that we know that you are over 18 years old.

As soon as we have packed your items you will receive an e-mail with delivery information and a link to track and trace your parcel.

You can also log in to Your account and find information about your delivery.

All of our deliveries are free of charge to the UK.
