The applicability of the privacy policy

Haypp is the responsible company for the processing of your personal data when using the Haypp's Website or mobile website (collectively (“Website”)) or contacting us through our Customer Service. We are strongly committed to protecting personal data.  This privacy statement describes why and how we collect and use personal data and provides information about individuals’ rights.  It applies to personal data provided to us, both by individuals themselves or by others. We may use personal data provided to us for any of the purposes described in this privacy statement or as otherwise stated at the point of collection.

We may use your Personal Data to form a view on which of our products may be of interest to you. Regarding your birth date

We ask you to provide your birth date when first entering the Website and when placing an order. We require this information in order to verify your age. The legal basis of processing of this data is our obligation to comply with age limit limitations for the sale of nicotine products.

Information that may be disclosed

We may share information with other companies that process data on our behalf in order for us be able to perform our services, for example analysis, distribution, IT services or other services to maintain and apply our terms of use and delivery terms. We may also disclose information to companies for usage in the evaluation and disclosure of reviews of our services and our Website, as well as market research.
